No.
You may cancel your event registration at any time, but no refunds for on-site lunches will be processed after Dec. 5.
We will be unable to accept registrations after Dec. 5.
Please register online. If you're having difficulty with the online registration, you can call us 1-800-600-7395 and we will be happy to help. *The registration process for those living outside of the United States is determined by the KCM Office that serves you. Please follow the directions you received in your invitation.  
No substitutions, please.
Yes, you may register an additional senior minister if it does not exceed the maximum two per invitation. You may also register up to two Next-Gen ministers to attend that special track. (Two Senior Ministers and two Next-Gen Ministers total.)
No children, please. The conference is for adults only.
The luncheon fee for senior minsters is not mandatory. The Next-Gen registrations do require the purchase of box lunches. The charges cover the cost of the meals, including full-service catering, setup, equipment rentals and labor.
  • 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. | Coffee and Snack Items Regular coffee and snack items will be available to purchase in the Hospitality Room from 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Specialty coffees will be available for purchase in The Passage Coffee Shop.
  • 12:30-1:45 p.m. | Lunch Prepaid luncheon will be served on site. Light lunch options will also be available for purchase in the Hospitality Room.
  • 5:00-6:50 p.m. | Dinner Dinner will be available for purchase from 5:00-6:50 p.m. at the KCM Headquarters dining room.
Dress will be business casual.
Temperatures can range from 10-80 degrees Fahrenheit in January. Please come prepared for a wide range of possible weather conditions.

Due to ministry wide expansion and remodeling, we will not be offering property tours.
